Entrevista
The interview itself was average with some technical questions. During the process, the potential candidate was asked to solve some problems and send the solutions to the employer. After reviewing the solutions the candidate is informed whether he is suited for the position or not.
Friendly conversation to get to know each other at first interview. Then an average-difficulty task for approximately 1 week and a second interview to present your solution when you're ready.

Solve a specific classic machine learning problem with quantum neural network and compare the results.

Entrevista
The invitation to the first interview took about 3 weeks. The first step was then an interview of about half an hour to get to know each other. The second step then was a Data Science challenge which I had 1 week to solve, with a subsequent presentation. The challenge was a lot of work such that it was bad to never hear back from the company afterwards. Even after checking back they did not reply.
