It was an initial call via phone from the recruiter and then another phone call with the Team Manager it was extensive but pleasant. The first call is to gather information and see if it would even be a good fit. The team lead asks about sales and lead generation experience.

We sat down in a professional setting and discussed my previous experience as well as what brings me in to the company. We discussed what I can offer as well as what my pay I would be offered.
