They give you an aptitude test. They may call it different things, but its a aptitude assessment test simple as at. After that, they will have an interview. I had a very unprofessional and borderline unethical hiring process. Was not impressed.
Interview was a general interview, normal questions. Only different thing is the aptitude test.

Entrevista
The process seemed rather informal.
They immediately required an aptitude test which was a written math test. The receptionist provided me with a test and apparently she scored the test.
The officer did not come the interview until the test was scored and satisfactory.
I thought it was difficult because the bright orange colored room and the relaxed clothing of the interviewers could detract from the need to focus on the moment.

Entrevista
Met with executive vp and answered questions about my experience and goals in the industry. Originally spoke with hr manager, who did phone interview first, then in person interview the same day with executive vp. We did some personality and aptitude tests. Was offered position on the spot. After, did background and drug checks.
