The overall process lacks the human touch. Ultimately, the team decided not to proceed because they decided that they were going to prioritise Australia expansion instead of the Singapore role. Definitely, could have been a decision made before beginning interviews and wasting candidates time. Really avoided a company that shows that it does not put people at its core.
