It was ok, they practically asked mostly scenario based questions. You just have to talk about yourself, maybe a situation you had to conduct good customer service and also a situation where you achieved. Goal or a win as a team.

Straight forward and joyful. The interviewer was nice and friendly. At the end his no verbal expression was more neutral and detached, making me realise I didn't get the role.

Entrevista
The interview was an enjoyable experience and not too difficult, definitely helps to draw on past experiences as this is what the questions are centred around. I found the interview to be quite relaxed and chilled as well, the interviewer was also really friendly and easy to get along with.
