My manager introduced herself, then asked me about the hours I'd be available to work and asked me to sign a few things (one was about health & safety). Then she asked if I had any questions and took a copy of my passport and national insurance document.

Group interview after i filled out an application. The interview was a couple of hours with a variety of tasks and introductions to department heads. They asked me when i could work at the end and said ok see you then.

Didn’t have to wait to hear back, was employed on the spot after the interview & set up first shift dates - very efficient.
