Simple, and straightforward. Customer service orientated, you just need to demonstrate previous experience of dealing with people. Only 5 questions - questions such as name a time you dealt with a difficult customer. Only harder question was name a time you've had to follow a rule at work that you did not like.

i applied online, got offered an interview within 2 weeks. she asked me some questions regarding my experience and then got me working on the tills to see how i liked it for about 10 minutes. after that i could leave.

straight forward, in person interview. invited to a discovery day, a few weeks to hear any call back or feedback but in the end they will end up a hiring internally unfortunately.
easy and the interveiwer was lovely and easy to talk to
