assessment day had 4 section, 3D cv that I made a puzzle of my life and achievements, one to one interview, group exercise where we had to choose the best technology product and pitch it to the board, The end was we had to read about 3 strategies and suggest the best one to make tesco the best choice of costumers. lovely day and the interviewers where very knowledgeable and kind

Entrevista
Many of the early stages are online, including psychometric tests and virtual interview questions. Little feedback offered at these stages but key words are definitely important to mention in the virtual interview.
Applied online. The first step after applying is an online gamified assessment, which is quite easy. Next step is virtual video interview consist of series of behavioral questions and online coding tests. Failed after the the video interview.

Series of four questions virtually, question came on screen and had 1 min to think of an answer and 2 mins to answer.
