Straightforward, online. Supported throughout. Decision took a long time though - feedback was thorough and concise. Took up the whole afternoon, but pretty doable with a bit of prep. Interviewer was nice tried to put me at ease by making conversation.

It was from an online assessment, a virtual on-demand interview, and finally an Assessment Centre. Then I got a call at the end of the week when the Assessment Centre happened receving an offer.
