Was contacted via phone and asked to go for an interview the week after. The manager on the phone explained that is was to be a Group interview. There were 2 interviewers who were very pleasant and helpful. The interview was conducted with all the questions you would expect i.e. regarding customer service etc.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.
