The Interview process takes place over three separate stages. Broken down as follows:
Telephone based stage one - pass or fail.
in person stage two, pass or fail
video stage three - pass or fail.
It was well structured for 8 rounds of interview. Panelists were very helpful guiding me through this whole process. It definitely gave me an exposure in terms of what the market expectations are for this role.
