Very straight forward, more conversational based interview, good feeling from the interviewer that it's a good place to work, I did however turn the job down as had a better offer elsewhere.

Name a time you had to overcome a difficult situation in a group
It was easy It was easy , got interviewed by red in huddle have a couple of generic questions then not long after that I got offered the position as a C S M
