The interview process was straight forward, we had a group interview and a one on one interview, they asked about my work experience and why I wanted the job etc
I applied online, completed a short assessment, and attended an interview focused on customer service, teamwork, and availability. Afterwards, I completed right-to-work checks, induction training, and sometimes a trial shift.
