They asked me to come in and have a chat with them I did so which followed by a tour of the whole building and then I had to fill in a few pieces of paperwork and that was it.
The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.
