Horrible interview process in Mahon. Was interviewed by Olaf and although he is quite nice, he did not ask me any questions about my experience and just talked about himself the whole interview, It was truly a waste of my time!!!

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
