Applied to an inside sales job at Tesla. Had one screening interview on the phone, then one screening form, one face to face interview and one telephone interview.
They actually decided to never give me feedback after completing all of those steps, despite me sending an email and called. Left me hanging with not even a no. I still like the company a lot, but it is interesting how a company focusing on having a personal approach to its customers can so rude to applying candidates by not even bother saying no to the person going through all of those steps. I am also not the only one this happened to. This is the only reason I put my experience as negative and I hope they will become better at this and you start wondering if this behavior is seen within the company too. Great company otherwise I assume
