A recruiter reached out to me via linkedin. Process consisted of 3 Rounds -Hiring manager screen, technical interview, and a final panel interview. The final panel had a presentation + 3 technical interviews with team members. The presentation topic was provided by the team. Interviews I believe went quite well, but the presentation was quite chaotic. I had a feeling that some people had already decided to reject me, as it felt more like an interrogation. After all this hassle, I received a generic rejection response that my background isnt a right fit for what the team needs.
