15 minute screening with HR then a 30 minute interview with staff architect. More or less informal. Quick questions and to the point. Eventually received notice that they were moving on with other candidates.
Multiple interviews, good benefits, interesting culture. Had to relocate. High workload. Relatively Simple buildings with other staff. Good pay and flexibility made this a good interview but ultimately not a great place for balance
