Four different panel interviews with panels of 2-3 people each, all held back to back on the same day. Interview started late. I traveled from out of town and they were supposed to set up travel arrangements. Someone from the recruiting office called the evening after my interview to set up those travel arrangements. I ended up traveling on my own money and staying with family because of this poor coordination.

Most questions were basic and not cryptic. Everyone was nice and inquired about my background experiences and how a typical day at the plant was. I liked the professionalism and courtesy of the employees.

I applied online for the role, and after a week I received an email asking for a phone interview. During the interview, they told me that the interview was for us to tell them about ourselves and our experiences. after the interview, they said that they will let me know if I were to go on to the next step.
