received and email asking for availability and then heard back from the head of recruitment with a coordinated meeting. The interview was very fast-paced with lots of questions about my experience on my resume and a class of choice.

Entrevista
I got an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview with an engineer. 30 min behavioral interview. Then a second 30 min interview with two more engineers from the same team as the first interviewer. Received an offer within a couple of days after the second interview. Positive interview experience. All three engineers were pleasant to talk to, and the conversation flowed nicely. At the end of both interviews, I had plenty of time to ask them many questions about the internship role, their roles, their team, and the company overall.

When a project doesn’t go as planned, what have you done? How do you organize your time? If presented with 2 design solutions, how would you evaluate and pick 1? What about project management excites you? Why Tesla? What do you hope to get out of the internship?
