The interview experience was very good up until a certain point. After speaking over the phone with two different recruiters who told me that they liked what I brought to the table they ran a background check on me (which came back completely clean) and I was set up with a FaceTime video interview with a Regional Delivery Manager for the Tesla Service Center I was applying for. The call came in fifteen minutes late, and I discovered that I was talking with an experienced employee; not the Regional Delivery Manager, not even another manager. An employee. The employee was very nice, however, and gave me a thorough overview of the position and what was required of it. We even hit it off talking about sports which led to him telling me that it would be great to have someone working there with similar interests as him and that he thought I would be great for the job. He then told me he would try and set up an FaceTime interview with the Regional Delivery Manager who I was originally supposed to talk to for the next day. I waited for 45 minutes from the designated interview time for a call but never got one. After a few days, I attempted to follow up with the previous recruiters I had spoken to since they were the only contact info I had. I did not receive a response from anyone. I was so excited to apply for this job and get the positive feedback I received throughout the process. But I have to say that I have a sour taste in my mouth after the last portion of the process seemed to completely fall apart despite everything I was told. At the very least, I would have appreciated some professional communication on what was happing with my employment status.

Applied through an agency and was invited to a phone interview, and later an on-site interview. The on-site interview was more of a meeting about the job than an interview, so the phone interview is the hardest part.
