I went through several interviews each time I applied for a store manager position. I spoke with recruiting, other store managers, regional managers, and VP of sales. Most interviews were conducted over the phone, although some were done via Skype. Often these internal interviews felt like a formality and that the interviewer was just "going through the motions" with no real interest in determining if you were a good fit, as they typically already knew who they were giving the job to.
