1. phone screening from recruiter HR, no problem
2.microsoft teams interview setup with tech guy. Canceled due to my teams failure. Then they shifted it to online coding challenge
3.took online coding. 10 questions for basic c language and embedded programming in 90m. generally 60m is enough
4.after 1.5mon they contacted me again to ask if I was still open for their position. Never saw such a long delay for recruitment.
