The first interview was with HR, and the second was with the hiring manager. This interview focused more on job requirements rather than my work experience. The goal was for them to emphasize how demanding the work is for Tesla employees. I received an assignment to present at the third interview, but they then changed their mind and canceled (I spent a full week preparing the assignment).

Standard interview process. Questions like: Tell me about a time where you dealt with a disgruntled customer and how did you handle it? The interviewer was very nice and straightforward felt more like a conversation than an interview.
