4 stages , phone screening, technical interviews with one person (which includes a case study), panel interviews with three to four people on the team behavioral / case study questions , director/VP
First round is 30 minutes (2-3 behavioral questions) and then a technical case study involving Excel and knowing how to calculate gross margin and profit margin, review tesla products, know how to give your interpretation of the numbers

Made it through two rounds and got a rejection after. Had a pretty typical first round (mostly behavioral) and the second round was a bit more technical, asking about basic financial concepts and how it would relate to the team’s work on supply chain contracts, with some behavioral questions there too
