Entrevista
1st step was applying online. Sought out hiring manager and met face to face to ensure resume was accepted. I was asked to explain how I've demonstrated hard work in previous jobs to see if I was a good fit for the roll. Pending review, I was asked to interview through Skype with two managers. Then, pending a successful interview, I was asked to come on site and visit the Fremont facility. Several meetings with different review boards occurred in the afternoon and I was finished by 1700 in order to fly out that same night.

Scenario: Worker A is a hard worker and took a sick day, and Worker B is a troublemaker and also took a sick day. Management explicitly said only one person can be on leave on any given day, and both workers refuse to come into work. Would you treat each employee the same? How would you handle the situation?

did an online panel interview with 6 people, including your potential direct manager. They asked general questions about the industry, like handling stressful situations, multitasking, etc., but they also threw in some technical questions and dug into my resume. For example, they'd ask me to elaborate on specific points, and if I gave an answer, they followed up to see if I actually knew my stuff. It’s important to have 5-6 solid examples ready, use the STAR method to structure answers, and know how to pivot to answer questions that you have no previous experience in. You got this!

The process usually begins with submitting an online application through Tesla's careers website. Ensure that your resume and cover letter highlight relevant skills and experiences. If your application is shortlisted, a recruiter may contact you for an initial screening interview. This may be done over the phone or through video conferencing. The recruiter will likely discuss your background, skills, and interest in the role.
Really long process made it through 2 screening interviews then 2 manager reviews. Recruiter ended up just ghosting me never letting me know if I got the job or not. Obviously didn’t move on to the next step but I was never informed.
