Skype and phone interviews with manager, team members, VP of Sales. Interviewers were typically late. No set duration but typically under 30 minutes. Questions didn't seem to be standardized and the interviewers were not trained for interviewing, simply members of the team. Next steps was unclear as the Recruiter had to follow up with the team members after the interview to discuss. Never interviewed with HR/Recruiting.
