I was recently invited for a phone interview that lasted approximately 12 minutes. The interviewer quickly transitioned into the questions without spending any time getting to know me or establishing rapport. While I had anticipated a brief introduction or some discussion to help set the tone, the interview was highly focused and to the point. Although I appreciate the efficiency, it felt somewhat rushed, leaving little opportunity for me to fully convey my qualifications, experiences, or interest in the role. It also made it challenging to gain a better understanding of the company culture or team dynamics.
