Enjoyable. I felt welcomed from the moment I met my interviewer. I was able to ask questions and receive, in my opinion, honest answers. Having open communication was key in making a choice for me.

Interview was with an LCSW. All 6 questions had nothing to do with social work. No details about the role being FSP field based. This was a problem for me and the interview was a waste of my time.
