Very quick response via email. First step was a 30 minute telephone interview. Seemed like it does not matter what you answer, HR always kind of reads the 'correct' answer afterwards. And it seemed like they always send you the test code challenge...
The problem is it takes a lot of time to do the coding task at home, at least one full day, and you get no proper feedback when they do not invite you. In my case they mentioned things that totally did not fit to what I did. Waste of time, because they should decide if the candidate fits before they send you such a time consuming coding test.
