Awful! I was told to show up on a specified time, a rush to interview so my interviewer could push through the meeting before he left for vacation, mind you I live I Florida and I wasn't able to fly to the Pittsburgh area..so I drove 975 miles to meet the deadline interview thinking I might have the job but as soon as. I arrived and within a few hours of the interview, I was told I was going to take an altitude test, ok, so they wanted to get my knowledge and competency of the following 5 methods of NDT,but no, it was a stupid mathematics word problems test which I miserably failed I didn't do as well as I thought, and because the test was the only way I was going to move forward, the guy told me e we couldn't move forward on it.. So I don't care really, I wasn't improve with my interview, the interviewer, the location, the city, the position, and the demand on my time and resources to show up to the convenience for someone else, to drive 970 miles to meet and fail a stupid exam unrelated to the job I was expecting to have all wrapped up...but no. I have had to take exams for an assistant NDT tech before and passed the exams, never involved stupid word problems from grade school...I give the professionalism on this facility and interview a 1 star, if negative numbers were included I'd surely rate it -5.
