For my interview process, take a quiz that involved finding bugs and visual errors in screenshots taken from video games to see if I at least knew the basics of finding bugs. Heard in later interviews though, they were more focused on communication and team building exercises.

The interview process was set up in a group session with 3 including myself in a call with three games that tested your social, attention to detail, and to see if your goals aligned with the companies goals.
