Very quick process. I applied, received a invitation for an interview within a week. Two hours after the interview I received an offer. I was not expecting to be this quick, but I was very impressed how quick it was.

I talked to them at University of Florida career showcase, a few weeks later I got an email to set up a phone interview. The interview was a conference call with 3 employees.

Campus Interview, took a test for shortlisting candidates, someone pretty high up the ranks took the interview, lasted around 25 mins. The process was short and quick, declared result almost immediately. They look for people with research experience, someone with experience in the field, front line workers to be precise. The work done by selected candidates goes long way in key decision making and policy analysis hence job satisfaction becomes a major factor.
