There were two people interviewing me, they were dressed in hoodies and jeans. They seemed very good ol boy club, swearing and laughing during the interview. They briefly reviewed my resume asking questions about my experience. The interview seemed more like a sales pitch rather than them getting to know the candidate. However, they did want to be sure that I could work long hours and understand chain of command. I was given a tour of the facility and that was it. The whole experience lasted about one hour. Additionally they asked how much I wanted to earn, but then said it was already a set salary anyways. Seemed like a good foot in the door at a large consulting firm, however not very family friendly.
