I applied online for the job and received an email to set up an interview a couple of weeks later. Two half-hour meetings back to back. First with the HR rep and second with two members of the engineering team.

Why civil engineering? How do you feel about working on group projects?
Applied through my friend who works at Tetra tech at the moment. I had phone call with HR first and zoom meeting after with the manger of the team and HR.
