Process consisted of a phone screen with HR recruiter followed by phone screen with hiring manager. A video conference interview followed the phone screens and included a presentation of the candidate's choice. Onsite interview involved scientific presentation of a study provided by the company.

Screening with HR, brief conversation with hiring manager to arrange web interview. The manager interview turned out to be with the manager and the director and included a 10 minute power point presentation. The one-on-one interview was supposed to be on the web but the technology didn't work. It was made more difficult by poor quality audio, especially from the director. I haven't finished the process yet, but I'm hoping it will be better in person so I don't have to ask for repeated statements.
