The interview was online as it was done during Covid, since Covid they have started doing in person interviews with an assessment Centre done at the facility. I was interviewed by two managers as there were roles available on two teams. They both asked a variety of questions relating to engineering and the typical interview questions you would expect.

There was a two stage interview, with the first one being a more informal meeting with the line manager, going through my experience. Then for the second stage I was required to produce a presentation on what my plan would be for the first 90 days in the organisation.
