Entrevista
It was a 3 step process. Spoke with the office manager and we went over my technical experience. Moved on to the operations manager and went over my managerial experience and compensation. Then last I spoke with the owner and operations manager to solidify my start date, pay, and expectations. It was very straight forward and thorough.
