There were a few steps involved. The first step was to respond to a fabricated email asking for technical assistance within 15 minutes. If passed, they would give you a call asking a few behavioral questions to determine if you would move on to the last step. The last step involved sitting with multiple IT members where they asked both behavioral and technical questions to test your knowledge/skill set of IT related issues.

They set up a computer and asked me where the specific ports are such as Ethernet, usb, display port, power. They also asked to navigate through windows and Mac OS to test familiarity with different operating systems.
