I applied for the position available at the Center of International Business Studies through Workday. A week later, I received a phone call from the program coordinator asking to meet for an in-person interview the following week. I arrived about 15 min early to the interview—which they were extremely grateful for. I was interviewed by the program coordinator and the business coordinator. They took turns asking me their questions (there were around 13-14 questions), gave me time to fully respond to each, and they wrote down my responses. They were very kind and frequently gave me nods and smiles of assurance throughout the interview. The entire interview took about 30 minutes. A week later I received a call again from the program coordinator offering me the job! Overall, it was a very easy and quick interview process.
