Initial phone interview was with HR then proceeded to the A&I lab manager. After that, a face-to-face meeting was scheduled after they made an initial offer. First stop was at HR with a quick overview of the salary and benefits. Next, a shuttle took me to the A&I lab to meet the lab manager, some of the doctors and the laboratorians.
