Long process. Took 3 months from the first interview then 2nd interview and then an offer. First interview with a manager. 2nd interview with assistant director and director. Got an offer a week after 2nd interview. Mostly behavioral questions. Compensation is average. I tried to negotiate but only got 1k higher.
