Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Texas Corral em mai. de 2018
Entrevista
Applied online and received an email two days later requesting a face to face interview at one of their locations. Went in and spent the next two hours having a conversation about my past experience, my skills and then a large chunk of it turned into a marketing pitch for the company (The history, the job benefits, and then a beyond lengthy speech about interviewer's past job experiences and what led them to their current position) ended with questions from me, a salary expectation discussion, and a promise to follow up after the weekend. After the weekend I received a notification that the job was no longer available due to them reorganizing and hiring someone in another state for another store and there was no longer the need to move the employee they thought they were moving out the store I interviewed for. This would have been fine if (A) I knew ahead of time that this position wasn't 100% open to begin with (B) I didn't spend TWO hours interviewing for the position.

Short and direct not as concerned with experience nearly as much as just having the right personality for the job and most of all flexibility to be able to cover all positions and shifts
