The interview process was straightforward. There was a panel of 5 people ranging from lab workers to administrative staff. They each asked about 4-5 questions ranging from personality questions to scenario and technical questions. The entire process took about 40 minutes.

Entrevista
You will get a phone interview first and then a second in-person interview, if they like you. The phone interview is about 5-10 questions asked by the laboratory supervisor. In-person interview is composed of about 5 people. Each person will ask you about 5 questions.

First , it was a phone call that lasted 30 minutes to an hour, and they drilled various questions. The second interview was a zoom meeting with a small board (2-3 people) (back in2021)

Entrevista
I thought the interview was difficult as a recent college graduate. Because the position requires proof of so many courses and familiarity with analytical instrumentation, you'd think you would talk about your experience with those classes that prepared you for the position. Instead you're answering questions that doesn't have anything to do with their requirements even though if you hadn't taken certain courses, your application would be ignored. Might as well had interviewed to be a custodian or receptionist.
