I attended a group interview with about 20 other candidates. First step was an endurance test to test lifting capability. Then a powerpoint presentation about the position, third was a group interview after being put in groups of 4 or 5.

Panel interview with 3 interviewers. Questions were two fold. Definition of word, then why it is important in your position. Had interview one day, received decision following day. Felt as though they had already chosen someone for position and they were required to interview me. Although have had many (10+) years DL experience in Oklahoma without any negative reviews, they chose someone with more skill level and experience...I feel someone's friend, cousin, sister needed a job.
