Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Texas Instruments.
Entrevista
Had a series of three interviews. One which was online. You were looking at yourself in the camera and the computer would post a question and you had 30 seconds to think of an answer and then 2 minutes to answer. They were typical questions. Next was a phone interview with a TSR. Basic interview questions. Next I was flown to Dallas. Had a panel interview and a sales simulation. The people interviewing you were very laid back, fun and nice.
Only did the first interview but the structure was very straight forward. Little intro about yourself, 5 behavorial questions, 2 simple technical questions, and a lot of questions from my end about the role. Took around ~45 minutes.

Explain what an op-amp is. Then draw a non-inverting op-amp. Calculate the closed loop voltage gain if the feedback resistance is X ohms and the input resistance is Y ohms.
1 First Round Interview -- very basic behavioral with 1 technical question.
1 Final Round Interview - 3 hours, 1 hour with 3 individuals. Consisted of 2 behavioral sessions, and 1 technical session. The behavioral sessions also had 1 technical question each. The technical session was a sales pitch that you are informed about before the interview, and have time to prepare.

Curate a sales pitch, based on the 3 options:
1. Sell a piece of technology you have recently purchased.
2. Sell yourself as a candidate
3. Sell Texas Instruments as a company that someone would want to do business with
Did an interview for a technical sales role trainee in italy. 2.30 hours for an interview, first part with sales managers, second part was technical. Not easy generally speaking, they tried to make me unconfortable from second 0.
