Employer reached out to me directly before graduation from college. Initial phone interview was followed by an in-person full-day interview, including some technical questions on circuit analysis and on comfort with chemical processing. I interacted with many of the employees in the department, more than my eventual supervisor, to make sure I was a fit for the culture and that all were on agreement on my competence.

Some questions regarding abstract spacial reasoning, essentially brain-teasers. Alternately, I was asked to individually pick alternating bond wires from a packaged device with a needle; the department has discontinued this screen.
Poor interview process, unorganized. One of my interviewers didn’t show up to the interview and no alternate interview was held. Extremely disappointed with the interview experience and I would recommend the interviewing team to make it clearer when candidates are interviewing and their availability.
I firstly introduced myself and then they asked me a few questions about my project and related experience. They want to know if my background matches with their job position or not.
