Entrevista
The application process would start with a representative from recruitment, and fi you pass, you get to be interviewed by a panel for Stage 2. The panel would consist of department representatives, depending on the position you are applying for. They ask both general and situational questions.

If you discovered a more efficient way to do your task, would you do it despite clear instructions from your supervisor?
They call you for your first meeting with HR and then ask you a few basic questions the call only lasts around 15 minutes and decide if they want to do another interview.
very helpful and fair, questions were mainly about past experience, I was also asked to describe my career plan. The time duration between interviews is rather long, and it is hard to contact hr team during this process.
