Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Texas Instruments em out. de 2014
Entrevista
I applied online around the time of my university's career fair and a week later I was emailed a link to sign up for an interview. The interview was around 30 minutes, most of it was talking about myself, coursework, projects, skills and whatnot. There were frequent questions on what I was talking about, almost to see if I in fact knew what I was talking about, nothing too specific or tough.

Most questions were specifically about my projects. For example I mentioned I've worked with robots and he asked how servos work. The only general questions he had were, can you describe to me how a MOSFET works? what would you say op amps are most useful for?

3 rounds. The first was behavioral with very simple technical questions -- what's the offset voltage of an ideal op am, setup & hold time, etc.
Second was mostly behavioral
Third was behavioral with focus on my resume.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth, and my interviewer was nice. About 6 or 7 technical questions and 5 behavioral asked.
Technical questions were all on op-amps and the behavioral were mostly centered around how I dealt with challenges and maybe 2 on my projects that I had on my resume.
Multiple rounds with people from different groups within the same team. It all comes down to if you can work with the manager or not. It is important to ask questions back about the state of the team and what they're looking for.
