I have applied through university. Altogether 3 interview, first one at university, 2nd one by video 3rd one by panel. It took 15 days for the entire process. Very different and positive experience.
Mostly behavioral, but I was told that it really comes down to the interviewer. I had two interviews and the process took a few months from the time I applied to receiving an offer.

The whole interview process with TI was very smooth, they focused more on behavioral questions rather than technical. Seem to care more about how well you can work with others.
